Actually I want to get some feedback before I start this. Generally things like this work with bigger groups of people so I'm either going to hold this now or wait until we pick up new members, if that indeed ever happens.

Here's how the event works:

1 - Random people will be paired to do tournament style mini-rps.

2 - No godmodding, no OHKO spells or attacks. If your character needs spell circles, you will take the time to draw them. Weapons are allowed provided they don't have the potential to K.O.S.

3 - All participants must post equipment profiles stating what a character will be going into battle with. I'll expand on this before the tourny starts.

4 - Limit 2 characters per person, AKA team sizes are limited to 2.

5 - When you get your opponent the two of your can talk things out to set up a matched versus, to make sure one team isn't totally off balance.

Wait, do you think we should do tournament rps or drabble competitions? The intention was to just have an entry from each side and have the forum judge them on how clever they are, but an rp might make people get more into it.

We seem to have trouble having good turnouts for writing contests, which is kind of is.

So now that you mention it, a mini-rp battle tournament has the potential for having more participation, and we can still have a third party judge who was better.

I mean, it doesn't have to be about winning: it's about how clever and crazy you are.
