The paladin-to-be saluted to Sir Brennan and left. Walking was, again, not a problem: he only had to think of what could happen if he stood still for too long, and before he knew it, he was sprinting.

Oh, the zoo. A famous place for adventurers to visit - and hardly because of the animals within. The Sephilim walked for a while before downright tripping on an annoying little brat that was apparently throwing a temper tantrum, and faceplanted, much to the amusement of a few tourists. He let them laugh - we all know being a tourist in Thera sucks.

He opened a gate he knew very well and found himself looking up at the giraffes. He took a deep breath, used mystical powers to see if anyone of interest was anywhere nearby, and spotting no lich, seemed to calm down a little.

He wielded his small wooden shield on his main hand... and prayed for an earthquake.

That same afternoon he would be seen re-entering the camp in awful condition; limping but with a proud smile on his face. He had made some progress with his training!

Sir Brennan was still out of it, of course. He had two very beautiful tabaxi girls waiting on him, a fact he would have rather been awake to know. Pervert.

Tyval's arrival in awful condition got a few other trainees to rush to heal him, the same trainees he forgot to tell were supposed to be training at the zoo as well as him. Unless he was taking turns and waiting for the respawn or something. The nephilim seemed especially agitated, however nephilims showed that, having no face and all. Perhaps it jerked around a little?

"I was worried about you," it told him. "Where were you, anyway?" It prayed to Paladine to lay hands on the limping solar. Its hands glowed as they were moved over to Tyval's wounds.

(...derp.)

Nothing like being beaten up by giraffes to forget your troubles and fears. Temporarily, at least.

The poor wannabe soon found himself surrounded by glowing hands attempting to heal him. Since he had not yet met a certain Beautician, he sat down on the floor and allowed that without even feeling a little uncomfortable.

Okay, maybe just a little. Anyway, Tyval smiled weakly at the Nephilim.

"I was training my defensive skills at the z-" He suddenly went silent. He had forgotten to tell the others! "Oh man, Sir Brennan's gonna kill me.", he mumbled to himself... panicking again.

If Monty ever wakes up, I will tell you.

The Nephilim would have raised an eyebrow if it had any. "Why will Sir Brennan kill you?" it asked. "Have you done something wrong?" It wanted to stop him from panicking, but it did not know how.

[Now I've gone past derp and into fail.]

"I forgot to convey one of his orders. He wanted every trainee to go train their defensives at the zoo. Ducking, dodging, blocking with shields and um... parrying? Yes, parrying.", the trainee said, as if that little mistake was a crime against humanity or something. "You... should all go do that now. I can rest and lay hands on myself until I am fully recovered." That had sounded... dirty, but the paladin-to-be didn't even notice!

With that said, he ever so softly pushed the Nephilim away from him - the Nephilim and any of the other rookies who was still trying to heal him - and got up. He was well enough now, thanks to that little bit of healing he had received.

"I must... go apologize to Sir Brennan now. Where is he?" He hadn't considered the possibility of the guy still being asleep.

The nephilim and other trainees backed away from Tyval. One snickered when he said he would lay hands on himself. Another pointed toward Montlet's tent and said, "I don't think he's really gone anywhere."
If one went in there, one could see a sleeping Brennan and two chattering Tabaxi girls, trying to take their minds anywhere but the incredibly creepy lich that passed through their camp earlier.

"Thank you."

And with those two words and a bow Tyval made his way over to the Paladin's tent. When inside, he did so with his eyes closed, trying to gather the courage to admit to his mistake. He took a deep breath, frowned, opened his eyes... and saw a sleeping Brennan.

Cue a sigh of relief, before his attention was drawn to the two Tabaxi. "Is Sir Brennan... well?", was the first thing that came to mind. Maybe that way they wouldn't find his odd entrance overly odd.

Apparently, Montlet's Light Sleep perk was broken. He didn't wake up on Tyval's arrival.

"As well as-" one twin started. The other finished, "-someone with a broken leg could be." The two Felis twins switched places, one going to the left side of the bed and the other going to the right. There wasn't much of a way to tell them apart, really.

"What are you doing in here, anyway?" the one on the right asked, her tail flicking to and fro underneath her chain skirt.

The other asked, "Do you have something important to say?" Maybe they didn't find the odd entrance overly odd, or maybe they were just ignoring it.
