Can you tell that I suck at titles?  Ok, There's still a few things to work out, but here's the basics:

Darkness and Light have always been at odds with each other. However, once upon a time, they came together and created Humanity. All beings were created with a little bit of both in them, but only humans were truly half light and half dark. There was peace for a while between the two, both happy with the creation of something so equal.

Darkness eventually grew bored. Chaos was in its nature, not peace. As a result, the Darkness tempted the humans with power, forever tipping the scales. When the Light realized this, it tried bringing Humanity back to middle ground, but it was too late. War broke out. Angels fought demons, fairies fought imps, and so on. All the races of the world chose a side.

The Light soon came to a conclusion. If humans were no longer equal, if they were so corrupted, why not eradicate them and start anew? The Darkness didn't like the idea, since humans were now considered a dark race. However, not all beings of Light wanted Humanity dead, and not all dark creatures were fond of humans. Soon, angels fought angels, demons fought amongst themselves. And all the while, Humanity was becoming aware of the danger it was in.

Ah, you can tell I haven't done this for a while.  Basically, the Light wants Humanity dead, the Darkness wants to save it, and the sides are all mixed up. And the humans are caught in the middle, trying to save themselves.

Elaborate on the world setting a bit more, if you would, please.

Other races, if any, for instance.

High or low magic among the races, excluding angels and demons themselves?

I imagine it is more of a medieval fantasy setting - or something else?

Things along those lines.

I like what I hear, I really do. Modern times kick so much arse.

From what I think, we'll have an angel that kills teh stuffs (Sparrow's angel) and a wild card astral entity (my charrie).

We gotta have a human too somewhere around. Makes things so much more interesting.
