&&not really. (like no godmoding &&all that, obviously.) The school will also put certain restraints on kids with unruly or dangerous powers. The restraints can be broken (they're like metal bracelets that regulate power output), but then the students would get ISS or some other punishment.

Personality: Grumpy, Easily irritated. Just likes to enjoy school life a little which is difficult since there always seems to be somebody he needs to go heal.

Background: Philip was found in a remote village where his parents were taking advantage of his healing ability to gain fame and fortune. So Philip despises his parents and his views of the world is a little jaded. However, he tries and has made a few friends in school. He likes the school very much, since he is not so out of place in a school full of super-powered people. One of the few people in the school allowed to keep a cellphone on his person at all time die to emergency calls for healing specialists. He also knows self-defense. His backwater upbringing has left him inexperienced in technology, among other things.

&&with Healers/Regenerators, they'll probably be offered jobs in the infirmary or whatnot &&won't be given restraints, unless you deem it necessary.


&&For location? I'm not entirely sure. I was thinking of having it be in Chicago, so that way the kids aren't entirely secluded and they can go off campus, but maybe when they do so, they have to have supervision or whatnot? And for social networking/cellphones, well, they're teens, so ya can't exactly cut 'em off, so maybe the students can have all that jazz, but it's strictly monitored so they can't leek any confidential info?
To everyone else in Chi-town, it'd just be another uppity private school...
