She helped our friend move items off an account after being hacked. Not only did you to nothing to help *name censored*, but you took the low road and banned our friend so you could slap a "CASE CLOSED" over it and pretend you did your job.

I guess it makes sense. You self-centered inhumans only care about the cash, never mind the customers that spend their paychecks paying for YOURS. You know how many people are going to stop buying GC over this incident? Quite a handful. But yeah, nothing touches you, just so long as you can go home to bathe in that cesspool of ill-gotten dollar bills.

So this is an opinion AND a suggestion.

You are wrong. You are as wrong as wrong can ever be. Words can't describe how utterly far on the WRONG spectrum you are.

Give *name censored* her accounts back. If not her RP accounts, just her main account back. She did NOTHING to deserve this treatment, and neither did *name censored*

So what if I'm not the account holder? You won't even talk to them, let alone explain why you did things the way you did, and continue to do. I can't even begin to name off all the high-paying customers of this site you have abused and thrown aside, and it will not be the last.

I guess I'm giving you way too much credit in ever expecting a reply. So Alice, Emma? Why not act like respectable adult staff members and actually cooperate with us, instead of sitting on your high-horses pretending to be some kind of internet gods. I'm about to convert to another religion otherwise.

I hope you actually think about what I've said. Don't take this as a full-frontal assault on you, but a well-written, angry rant from a student that simply wants her best friends to get back what they put into this site. We loved it here, and we'd appreciate you giving us a reason to keep coming back.

Lord knows if this does not get resolved in our favor, I'll be taking both my business and my spare time elsewhere. Probably to Gaia."


I sent this complaint in to Tinierme in response to a recent hacking of a friend and the subsequent banning of another, the latter of which was merely helping the hacked friend move off her compromised account. On Tinierme people spend items to have nice shit - shit which has been stolen by a rather skilled hacker. TM refuses to compensate for the hundreds of lost dollars, and they refuse to unban our innocent friend, whom has spent even more on the site. As you can imagine, I'm pretty fucking pissed off.

This was the response I got. Basically, the same exact message everyone gets when they send in a ticket like this. I felt insulted, as if she didn't even read anything I had to say and was as remorseless as Scar was after killing off his brother.

This is what I sent in as a response to Emma. I reopened the ticket, refusing to let her simply say "lol sorry, have a nice day!" I wanted to get somewhere. I wanted this to be fixed.

I just don't know what to do anymore. This site has given me the best two years of my internet experience and suddenly all of my friends are being taken away from me. To see this happen is extremely disappointing, especially since I've seen the same incident happen many times over.

But, the problem I have is why you won't even talk to the actual account holder? You've banned her. She /can't/ talk to you on TM, and you ignore tickets sent in via email. Personally I think this is an extremely counterproductive measure. I understand you can't use me as a middle man to discuss what has happened, but will you at least give me some way to contact someone to get this settled that I can pass on to her? If you ignore her emails, and she can't log onto the site, how is she supposed to talk to anyone?

I don't understand why you won't even give her a chance to fix this, but you tell me and our other friends that unless we ARE *name censored*, we get nothing.

P.S. Sorry for the tick about it being cookie cutter. A lot of times I get the feeling the staff doesn't read anything we actually send in and just gives an automated response. If you are actually going to respond to me with your own words, I will be more polite and stop with the needless insults. I merely did so to try and provoke some kind of human response.

So this is the last thing posted about the ticket. As soon as she read I was willing to be civil and talk in my friend's stead, she closed the ticket and I heard nothing more from her.

It's also worth nothing that after this exchange, a friend of mine (the one that had been hacked in the first place) had her account frozen and she was removed from the site, no reason given.

So not only has TM banned two high-paying customers, they've banned them for little to no actual reason.

This staff is terrible. I could understand if, you know, they actually did something wrong. But they have not.
